By creating an account or using Essencesia, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to legally enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to use Essencesia.

Subscriptions and billing

• Essencesia Premium is offered as a Monthly or Yearly subscription, typically starting with a 14-day free trial.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for your selected plan.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass content protections, disrupt the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

Content

Audio content on Essencesia is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Premium content is licensed for streaming within the app to subscribed accounts only.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from your Profile page. This immediately and permanently removes your account and associated data, including your onboarding responses, mood check-ins, and listening history. This cannot be undone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Essencesia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
